Internship Responsibilities:
The “Assistant Real Estate Project Manager” intern provides support to or works directly alongside a Project Manager on a wide range of projects, including new developments, redevelopment, and restructuring/renovation, in various project structures (VEFA, CPI, direct owner’s management, etc.). The clients vary and can include French and international institutional investors, family offices, and private investors.
The assigned tasks are diverse and include the following:
- Technical, functional, and environmental project programming (gathering requirements, drafting specifications, etc.).
- Consultation, selection, and management of technical service providers (consultants, architects, engineering firms, etc.).
- Oversight of acquisition audits and due diligence processes (technical, functional, and environmental aspects).
- Monitoring of preliminary studies and project phases including APS (Avant-Projet Sommaire), APD (Avant-Projet Détaillé), PRO (Projet), DCE (Dossier de Consultation des Entreprises), and AMT (Assistance à la Maîtrise d’Ouvrage Technique).
- Operational supervision, either as Owner’s Representative (AMO) or Delegated Project Manager (MOD), during project implementation (construction), handover of buildings, and warranty management.
- Administrative, contractual, and financial oversight of the projects being managed, with a detailed risk assessment.
The intern may also take on responsibilities for renovating, repositioning, and improving the environmental performance of existing properties. This could involve conducting asset audits, energy audits (with the assistance of a partner), developing intervention scenarios, and overseeing operational execution.
VOTRE PROFIL :
The ideal candidate is nearing the end of their engineering program (ESTP, INSA, HEI, EPF, etc.) or holds a university degree at the master’s level (Bac+5).

Additional Information:
- Location: Paris. Travel within the Île-de-France region and occasional travel within mainland France may be required.
- The internship is for a period of 6 months, and it is a paid position (compensation based on the candidate’s profile).
- The internship may lead to a permanent employment opportunity (CDI).
