IKORY PROJECT SERVICES operates as a real estate project manager, providing consulting services, Owner’s Representative (AMO – Assistance à Maitrise d’Ouvrage), and Delegated Owner’s Representative (MOD – Maitrise d’Ouvrage Déléguée) services across all asset types (office, residential, retail, hotels, industrial, etc.).

IKORY PROJECT SERVICES’ scope of work includes real estate projects in:

  • Sale and acquisition
  • Construction
  • Renovation / Repositioning / Restructuring

IKORY PROJECT SERVICES is part of the IKORY Group, founded in 2015, an independent player and real estate services company serving investors and property owners (https://ikory.com/).

It possesses a specialized and recognized expertise in the residential real estate sector.

IKORY supports investors and property owners through four independent business units (IKORY CAPITAL MARKET / IKORY PROPERTIES / IKORY ASSET MANAGEMENT / and IKORY PROJECT SERVICES).

These units work in synergy to provide comprehensive support to investors throughout the lifecycle of real estate assets and address various challenges.

The missions

The Real Estate Project Manager is involved in a wide range of projects, including new development, redevelopment, and restructuring/renovation, using various project structures (VEFA, CPI, direct project management, etc.), and serving diverse clients.

The assigned tasks are diverse and include the following:

  1. Technical, functional, and environmental project programming (requirements gathering, drafting specifications, etc.).
  2. Consultation, selection, and management of technical service providers (consultants, architects, engineering firms, etc.).
  3. Oversight of audits and due diligence for acquisitions (technical, functional, and environmental aspects).
  4. Monitoring of upstream studies and project phases such as Preliminary Design (APS), Detailed Design (APD), Design, Construction, and Tender Documents (PRO DCE), and Tendering (AMT).
  5. Operational oversight, acting as AMO (Owner’s Representative) or MOD (Delegated Owner’s Representative), during project execution (construction), property handover, and warranty monitoring.
  6. Administrative, contractual, and financial monitoring of the projects being managed, including precise risk tracking.
  7. Development and integration of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategies and energy performance initiatives for the projects under management.

In terms of experience and skills, we are seeking the following profile:

  • A graduate of an engineering school or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in real estate or construction (Owner’s Representation, general contracting, technical management, or general project management), with experience in construction project management.
  • Team spirit, attention to detail, ability to synthesize information, autonomy, customer orientation, and the capacity to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A strong sensitivity to environmental issues.
  • Proficiency in English in a professional context.
